6. Kitten Reservations

A kitten is considered reserved only after:

• BengalKitten confirms your reservation in writing.

Until all three requirements are met, a kitten may remain available for adoption by another qualified buyer.

We reserve the right to decline any reservation at our sole discretion when we believe it is in the best interest of the kitten.

7. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

However, once a reservation has been confirmed and payment obligations have been fulfilled according to your purchase agreement, the agreed purchase price will generally remain unchanged.

8. Payment Terms

We accept approved payment methods listed on our website.

Payments must be completed according to the deadlines stated in your purchase agreement.

Late payments may result in:

• Cancellation of your reservation.

• Loss of any non-refundable deposit.

• Re-listing of the kitten for adoption.

Returned payments, charge reversals, or insufficient funds may incur additional fees where permitted by law.

9. Health of Our Kittens

Our kittens receive routine veterinary care, including age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, and health evaluations prior to leaving our care.

While every reasonable effort is made to provide healthy kittens, no breeder can guarantee that an animal will never develop illness during its lifetime.

Our Health Guarantee governs any warranties related to the kitten’s health and forms part of these Terms.

10. Veterinary Care After Adoption

Once a kitten leaves our care, the buyer assumes responsibility for all ongoing veterinary care, nutrition, vaccinations, licensing (where required), insurance, and general welfare.

Buyers are encouraged to schedule a wellness examination with a licensed veterinarian within seventy-two (72) hours of pickup or delivery.

Failure to obtain timely veterinary care may affect eligibility under our Health Guarantee where permitted by law.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping, transportation, and delivery are subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, airline schedules, animal welfare considerations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party transportation providers or events outside our control.

12. Right to Refuse Service

BengalKitten reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation, sale, or adoption if we reasonably believe that doing so is necessary to protect the health, safety, or welfare of our kittens or to comply with applicable law.

Examples include suspected fraud, false information, unsafe living conditions, animal neglect, or violations of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which BengalKitten operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable state and federal law.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices, legal requirements, or website functionality.
